Layla's
Falafel, serving vegetarian and Middle Eastern food, is located on Black Rock Turnpike in
Fairfield and brings to
Fairfield County its first authentic Middle Eastern restaurant.
As
anywhere else, the best cooking is home cooking. As a family owned
business, there is always a family member present behind the counter and
in the kitchen to welcome you and provide you with meticulously prepared
dishes. We want you to feel at home and will always be available to
introduce you to our cuisine and to help you sample the variety of
vegetarian and meat dishes our restaurant offers.
The
Middle East is a fertile land with an abundance of native fruits,
vegetables, herbs, spices, and the best and oldest groves of olive
trees that produce sweet and aromatic virgin oils. This bounty of
ingredients evolved over thousands of years into a highly praised
assortment of vegetarian dishes.
Our
menu of mostly vegetarian with a compliment of meat dishes is a healthy
alternative and a delight for people on the go. Take out brings
these dishes to your table at home and our catering service brings them
to your friends at parties and celebrations.
Kindly
browse our new menu, we have added several traditional dishes that are
low carb and high protein.
As
a family owned business, our customers are our extended family that we
enjoy taking care of.

Al Mashriq
is one of the most extensive sites on the levant. In its present state,
it is largely the voluntary effort of Professor Børre Ludvigsen. From time to time students from
the software design class at Østfold College either help out on a voluntary basis or work on the server as part of their final year projects. |
